Steps to Enable Alerts:
Email & Push Notification Alerts:

Go to your Username > Notification Settings in the OMEN Trader Dashboard.

Enable email and/or Push Notifications for trade updates.

Enable your device for push notifications:
- Go to your Username > Notification Settings in the OMEN Trader Dashboard.
- Follow the steps laid out in the "Registering Your Device" window
Make sure to watch the Notifications Set-Up video if you need more in-depth instructions
If you are not receiving alerts, check your spam folder or notification settings.

I bought platinum and i was told that i would get 3 different type of alerts and 1 was so much better from iris or something but i dont know 1 from another.i put calls into support but no call back
