I cannot download the oracle or Iris or any scanner or any of the tools I need to be online at all,

This includes the zoom onboarding call I was there heard it listen to it had to reschedule because she couldn't hear me only on my telephone not on the computer I bought a desktop for this empty out of the box how do I upload or download this program that was 1900 and 95 dollars

  Did you get a PC laptop?   I had to get a new one too bc I couldn’t load Oracle on my apple tablet.  I went back to the first assignments and used that link to install it.  Also make sure you got plenty of memory.
